Hi, my name is Mister T. I'll be 11 weeks old tomorrow, so my mommy decided I needed to "go global" and get on the world wide web. Besides, my extended family is far away (sometimes too far...sometimes not far enough), so I figure this will be a good way for them to keep up with all of my adventures.

Today, I took mommy on a trip - I drove her crazy. I'm having what she likes to call "napping issues." I try to remind her that I am an excellent sleeper at night and that is what really counts; but it can get a little frustrating for both of us when she wants me to nap in my crib and I want to nap in her arms. I keep trying to tell mommy that all of this "self soothing" stuff she's been reading about is for the birds. Maybe she would understand better if I could actually talk. It's a battle of wills, and I'm determined to win. I can easily scream for the duration of my naptime. I have stamina on my side (oh, and grandparents...they ALWAYS take my side)...and mommy doesn't have caffeine. Who do you think will win in the end?

Other than that, we did a little gardening today. Mommy planted some dragon wing begonias in the flowerbed in front of our house. Daddy hates them, he says they look droopy. Mommy says too bad! She also says she is excited about the day when I am old enough to dig the spots in the flower bed so she doesn't have to (mommy has issues with dirt and bugs much like I allegedly have issues with napping). Oh, and we also watched our daily episode of Law and Order. I am really trying to learn how to say, "In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate, yet equally important groups..." It is hard, though, so I may have to settle for repeating the "bonk bonk" they play in between scenes - at least until I'm 12 weeks old.

  2. Dear Mr. T,

I think you are adorable! I am so glad that you have this blog site! What a smart little T you are! It is amazing how mommy and daddy know your thoughts!!! I think this is a terrific way to get to know you!

Also, for the record, your mommy had some crying spells when she was little also! Ask her about the pink tu-tu! Probably didn't spell that right - but your mommy knows what I am talking about!

    Sweet dreams!

Much love to you - precious little one,

Cindy (a friend of your beautiful grandma Pamie)!!!
